Refund and Returns Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage, and in some cases we may ask you to return the item to us for inspection. In case of a replacement for a defective or damaged item that you previously purchased from our store we will bear all the costs for the return. Otherwise you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, but we do ask that you cover the cost of return postage. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We will process your refund once we have received the item and checked that it meets our return criteria.

It is your right to cancel the order, without providing a reason, within 14 days after it has been delivered.

Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Perishable goods, such as food or flowers
  • Earrings or other jewellery that has been worn or used

  • Reservations to a training program

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasnโ€™t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
