• We stock a reasonable quantity of raw materials to cover all the products we list on the website. However, if a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, paid and confirmed due to circumstances we can or cannot control (i.e. unique piece of wood that reveals damage or rot once processing, last item of a series that gets damaged during machining, etc.) the customer will be promptly informed and options will be given.
